Mango and Oatmeal Cookies

Mango and Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
1) 1 ripe mango
2) Peeled and pit removed
3) 1 cup rolled oats
4) 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1 egg

Instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2) Puree the peeled mango in a blender until smooth.
3) In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango puree with the rolled oats and coconut flour.
4) Stir the mixture.
5) Crack the egg into the bowl and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and you have a sticky dough.
6) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
7) Form small balls of the dough and place them on the baking sheet.
8) Flatten each ball slightly to form cookie shapes.
9) Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies start to turn golden brown.
